Ceremony and Reception Spaces

There are four different event spaces located throughout the ADERO Scottsdale property giving you a few different options when planning your wedding day celebration. There are two separate lawns, each with their own unique features, as well as two indoor ballrooms.

The Red Mountain Lawn features some of the most beautiful views of the McDowell Mountain peaks. These views also carry over to the Four Peaks Lawn. The scenery is a really what sets these spaces apart as you celebrate your wedding day high above the desert below. As the sun goes over the horizon, everything begins to glow as light bounces off the mountains and everything begins to have a more intimate and romantic feel.

Just off of the lawn is the Sonoran Room. This intimate space is has a very open feel with one wall featuring floor to ceiling walls opening up to a lawn with olive trees for some added shade. They also have strung lights through these trees making them sparkle at night. This space would be ideal for cocktail hour or for a more intimate ceremony or reception.

If you prefer a larger indoor space, the Four Peaks Ballroom is the newest addition to ADERO Scottsdale. This fresh, modern space feels very elegant and luxurious. The architecture is unique and does a great job of mixing colors to make for just a really cool environment for a ballroom.

Amenities at ADERO Scottsdale

Every wedding package at ADERO Scottsdale includes the on-site bridal suite, tables, chairs, linen, glassware, and set up/tear down. They also offer valet parking for wedding guests. Additional amenities that may be included in your wedding package are overnight accommodations, bar service, event planning, and catering services.

The standout feature of ADERO Scottsdale though is definitely its location. With stunning 360 desert views as well as picturesque views of the McDowell Mountain range, it’s hard to beat these views. Because of its location, you also have options to adventure out. About five minutes away from the venue is Overlook Trail. This is a super easy trail to allow for you to get away and get a little more immersed in the desert landscape. The trail features a lot of desert vegetation as well such as wildflowers and cacti. For more adventurous couples, as long as you’re willing to get a little dirty and climb a few rocks, there also are a few spots along the trail that could make for some really epic photographs.

Although you can drive a few minutes down the road for this adventure, if that’s not your thing, there is still plenty of amenities right on the venue property. ADERO Scottsdale features an on-site spa, several different dining options (including the SkyTop cocktail lounge which brings you even further into the clouds with even more stunning views), as well as two outdoor pools and an expansive fitness center.

Packages and Cost

The starting cost for weddings at ADERO Scottsdale is $2,000 with a maximum capacity of 300 guests. Bar service is also available starting at $18 per person. Being a hotel venue, you and your guests can also choose to stay the night with special room rates available for your guests.
