Ceremony and Reception Spaces

The backdrop for your wedding day at Aldea Weddings in the Woods will be 30,000 square feet of the Flagstaff forest. Along with the numerous spaces to spread out, as well as create some amazing photographs, they also do provide dedicated space for your ceremony and reception.

A main feature of this venue is a heated wood pavilion providing for an outdoor dining space without having to fully be exposed to the elements. This space can double as both ceremony and reception, or you have numerous spots throughout the forest to hold the ceremony depending on the size and needs of your wedding day.

Off from there is a a 3,000 square foot desk providing for some extra space to be elevated off the ground but still spread out and mingle with your friends and family. It also features an outdoor bar, wooden tables, and wooden chairs complimenting the forest surroundings.

Although most of the venue is outdoors, there also are a few indoor spaces featuring a lobby, bathrooms, a bridal suite, and a groom’s suite. Another added feature is that Aldea Weddings in the Woods only accepts one wedding per day for added privacy and the full attention of the staff on-site.

Amenities at Aldea Weddings in the Woods

Aldea Weddings in the Woods offers an all-inclusive package pricing which includes some awesome amenities with every wedding. Included in every wedding is six hour of use at the venue, bridal and grooms suits, an outdoor bar with bar service. The all-inclusive package also includes services such as DJ, Photography, Catering, Wedding party flowers, a weeding cake, and an officiate. You can also bring your own alcohol in this package, without a corkage fee. Best of all, the venue also allows you be flexible and create your own package where you can bring in your own vendors that match your wedding vibe and your needs.

When planning your wedding, you will also receive a design consultation to provide themed décor for your wedding day. This is also where you can choose from other design features such as arch backdrops, card boxes, centerpieces, tea lights, napkins, decorative chargers, and more.

You also can customize your drink package. Included in the standard pricing is bartenders, soda, mixers, cups, and ice. You can choose to bring in your own alcohol or can also add on a five hour hosted been and wind bar which also includes a champaign toast.

Packages and Cost

The Silver Package is the primary wedding package offered by Aldea Weddings in the Woods. This all-inclusive package starts at $18,600 for 100 guests and is an additional $55 per person over 100. Overall, the venue can accommodate up to 150 guests on your wedding day.
