The Paseo

The Paseo is one of my favorite wedding venues, not only in the Phoenix area, but also in
the entire state of Arizona. Located about 45 minutes outside of Phoenix, Arizona, the
standout feature of this venue is its picturesque surroundings located right at the foot of
the Superstition Mountains. The venue absolutely shines during golden hour and into the
evening making it look beautiful during these times. I’d totally recommend this to couples
that are into the outdoors, love the desert, love the country vibe, but also want a touch of that barn setting with a modern take.

Ceremony and Reception Spaces

The property at the Paseo features a few different options for your ceremony and
reception on your wedding day. As you enter through the iron entry gates into the
property, you are greeted with a 4,000 square foot pavilion. Inside the pavilion, you will find
modern architecture throughout as well as huge windows and doors allowing you to bring
the outside into the space.

The property is known for its amazing architecture. Overall it feels like a really modern
farm. This space is also decked out with string lights, high ceilings, and exposed wood
beams and makes for an awesome reception space and also allowing for tons of
customization with décor.

The pavilions’ large doors allow you to seamlessly transitions to the outdoor ceremony
area. Here, you are greeted with a lush patch of turf with an elevated stage area directly
facing the Superstition Mountains. The turf matches really well with the wooden chairs
making making for an earthy garden vibe. The views of the mountains, as well as the other
surrounding desert landscape, are an absolutely epic backdrop for your ceremony and
reception. That view is really what really brings this venue to the next level.

Lastly, the Paseo features an additional outdoor space with a dance floor. It makes for a
great cocktail hour, or you can even have your reception out here and host your cocktail
hour under the pavilion.

Amenities at The Paseo

Probably the coolest amenity at The Paseo wedding venue is its location. It feels like it is
located in the middle of nowhere. As a result there is no busy city life going on all around
you. Instead you get the Arizona desert nature and beauty. There also is a trail located right
next to the venue submersing you even more into the desert landscape, and also makes
for an amazing spot to photograph during sunset as the light shines off of the Superstition Mountains.

The Paseo does offer both a bridal and groomsman suite. However, they are fairly small
compared to other venues. The groomsman suite can comfortably fit about 4 or 5 people I
would say so it may not be as ideal for larger wedding parties. The bridal suite is a little bit bigger and can probably comfortably fit about 7 or 8 people total.

Other amenities that the Paseo offers includes parking for your gusts, tables and chairs,
linens, your wedding cake with a cake cutting, catering packages, and servers. Depending
on the package you select, the Paseo also allows you to provide your own alcohol which can be a huge cost savings.

The Paseo Packages and Cost

The starting cost for weddings at The Paseo is $7,000 and they can accommodate up to
200 guests. The Saguaro Package offers a partially inclusive option, but also allowing for
some flexibility. This package includes the site rental, catering, floral, bar service, and cake.
Everything else can be customized or brought in through outside vendors. There are two
site rental options to choose from when planning your wedding. You can choose between
the entire venue, which includes a 9 hour block for ceremony, cocktail, and reception, or a
reception rental which is a 7 hour block for only cocktail and reception.
